For PS recycling, polystyrene waste is collected, cleaned and shredded to produce recycled pellets. At UMAC, we offer two options for PS recycling:

READYMAC 1109 TVE: This is our standardized design of recycling system that is available immediately to process a variety of materials.
Used plastic recycling machines: Depending on availability and the configuration of the machine, our reconditioned machines can recycle PS.

The patented EREMA technology inside our READYMAC 1109 TVE guarantees that PS recycling produces the highest quality recycled pellets. It features a standardized design and is therefore always in stock and available immediately.

Thanks to the innovative multipurpose screw, it is possible to recycle a wide selection of thermoplastic materials, including:

washed PE film and film shreds
washed agricultural film or LDPE
PP film or nonwoven contaminated with solids
Printed or metallized film
PE, PC and PA 6.0
